DT Soft Wash is a locally owned Oregon company focused on delivering professional exterior cleaning with exceptional communication, dependable scheduling, and high-quality results — for commercial properties, apartment communities, realtors, business owners, and homeowners throughout Lane County and surrounding areas.
I grew up appreciating people who took pride in their work — the kind of contractors and craftsmen who showed up early, answered their phone, and stood behind what they did. Somewhere along the way, that became rare in the exterior services industry.
When I started DT Soft Wash, the goal was simple: bring back that standard. Be the company that returns the call. Be the company that shows up on the day we said we'd show up. Be the company that protects your property like it was our own — because for the time we're on it, it kind of is.
I work with property managers and homeowners across Lane County who care about the way their buildings look and how their tenants and neighbors experience the space. My job isn't to sell pressure washing. It's to make their lives easier — by being a vendor they don't have to think about.
Every customer works with me directly, from the first quote to the final walk-through. That's not a marketing line — that's just how I run the company. And it's how I plan to keep running it.
